Robert Hartsoe, Partner

Mr. Hartsoe is a founding member of the firm, and has been practicing law in state and federal courts of Virginia since 1987. Mr. Hartsoe focuses his practice on the following areas of law in Northern Virginia: Construction Litigation and Construction Contract Review; Commercial Litigation and General Business Practice, including Uniform Commercial Code and Creation of Business Entities; Domestic Relations and Child Custody matters; Personal Injury and Tort law; and General Civil Litigation matters.

Additionally, Mr. Hartsoe currently serves as:

  • Special Education Hearing Officer, under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), pursuant to the standards set by the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Virginia Department of Education.

  • Lecturer for the Virginia Continuing Legal Education series on the subjects of construction law and domestic relations.

  • Commissioner in Chancery for the Loudoun County Circuit Court.

  • Guardian ad Litem for children and incapacitated adults.

  • Conciliator for the Fairfax County Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court

Alexander Morgan, Partner

Alex Morgan joined the firm in 1998 as an associate, and soon became a full partner. Mr. Morgan focuses his practice on Family Law in Virginia, including Divorce and Child Custody Matters, Equitable Distribution, Spousal Support, Child Support and Alimony determinations, and Separation Agreements. He practices in the Fairfax office. Additionally, Mr. Morgan can prepare and review Prenuptial Agreements for Northern Virginia residents. 

Mr. Morgan also handles cases involving Domestic Violence, Juvenile Law, and General Civil Litigation.

Tiziana Ventimiglia, Managing Attorney and Of Counsel 

Ms. Ventimiglia focuses her practice on the following areas of law in Northern Virginia: General Business Law; Community Association, Homeowners’ Association and Condominium Association Law; Landlord Tenant Law; Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law; Business Law; Creditor’s Rights; Estate Planning; Probate; Guardianship and Conservatorship. 

Ms. Ventimiglia received her first Juris Doctor from La Sapienza, Rome, Italy in 1994 and her second Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama in 1997.  She is proficient in Italian and fluent in Spanish. Ms. Ventimiglia practices out of the Fairfax office.
